24/7/365 Operations
We continue to operate 24/7. Essential staff members are in our Mississauga office to manage the dispatch and warehouse operations. The rest of the team is working from home and can be reached through our regular channels (phone and email).

Transborder Shipping
We continue to work with our drivers and network of Owner/Operators to offer direct drives between Canada and the U.S. We are CSA approved and members of Partners in Protection, a certification program that lets us clear customs in an expedited fashion.

Charter Flights
Flight cancellations and space constraints are affecting international trade. Charter flights can be an effective solution for large shipments.

We have seen reports about truck drivers being denied access to restrooms and showers. These frontline workers are essential to deliver food, medicine and supplies that are urgently needed to fight this pandemic. Unsanitary conditions are putting our colleagues at risk. As businesses, we can provide access to washrooms, food and shelter. Please keep drivers in mind when implementing your COVID-19 response plan.

Air Canada

Air Canada has announced flight cancellations for North America, Atlantic, Pacific, South America, and Caribbean regions.
See the latest route changes here.
Restrictions on live animal shipments are in effect since March 20th. For further inquiries, please contact us.
As of March 27th, all AC Cool Chain shipments originating from and destined to Toronto must be tendered and retrieved at: 2580 Britannia Road East, Mississauga, Ontario, L4W 2P7. (see announcement)

WestJet

WestJet announced route suspensions for all U.S. destinations, Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America.
If you travelled in March with WestJet, you may have been exposed to COVID-19. Please see their list of flights affected.
Domestic routes have also been modified until April 21st. For a list of affected routes, click here.

Other News

The Canada and U.S. border will shut down at midnight on March 21st. Non-essential travel will be prohibited.
